§ 26-2105 Privacy.

AC § 26-2105

a. Information reported pursuant to section 26-2102 shall be available for public review only to the extent required by federal, state and local law. b. The administering agency shall establish rules governing retention and disposal of information obtained pursuant to this chapter.
