§ 24-173 Use of coal.

AC § 24-173

(a)No person shall cause or permit the use of any type of coal in fuel burning equipment, except for the use of anthracite coal in one of the following: (1) in the generation of electricity for utilities; or (2) as provided in section 24-149.5 of this code. (Am. L.L. 2015/038, 5/6/2015, eff. 5/6/2016)
