§ 22-509 Construction site safety training courses.

AC § 22-509

The department, or an agency or office designated by the mayor, shall by March 1, 2018 develop a program to provide equal access to construction site safety training required by section 3321 of the New York city building code. Such program shall address the needs of individuals who do not have equal access to such training. (L.L. 2017/196, 10/16/2017, eff. 10/16/2017)
