§ 22-1405 Defense.

AC § 22-1405

It shall be an affirmative defense in any adjudication pursuant to this chapter that an unsolicited offer was submitted to an owner by a person who has an interest in the residential property for which such offer was submitted. (L.L. 2025/025, 3/15/2025, eff. 7/13/2025)
