AC § 21-145.3

a. Definitions. For the purposes of this section, the term "rental assistance payments" means recurring payments made by the department to landlords on behalf of tenants pursuant to programs administered by the department, excluding state funded shelter allowance payments made pursuant to section 352.3 of title 18 of the New York codes, rules and regulations. b. The department shall provide landlords the option to accept rental assistance payments via an electronic transfer into a bank account. (L.L. 2023/063, 5/29/2023, eff. 5/29/2024)
