§ 21-126 Provision of services to people living with HIV.

AC § 21-126

There shall be a division within the New York city department of social services to provide access to benefits and services, as defined in section 21-128(a)(1), to every person with HIV who requests assistance, and such division shall ensure the provision of benefits and services to eligible persons, as defined in section 21-128(a)(4), with HIV.
