§ 21-112 Records to be kept by commissioner.

AC § 21-112

It shall be the duty of the commissioner to keep and preserve a proper record of: 1. All persons who shall come under his or her care or custody, and of the disposition made of such persons, and 2. All persons who are inmates of private institutions who are accepted by him or her as proper charges upon the city.
