§ 20-779.7 Consumer bill of rights.
AC § 20-779.7
a. In conjunction with the mayor's office of immigrant affairs, the department shall create a "Consumer Bill of Rights" for customers seeking assistance from providers of immigration assistance services. Such bill of rights shall be posted on the department's website in English, as well as in the top six limited English proficiency languages spoken by the population of New York city as determined by the department of the city planning and the office of the language services coordinator, based on United States census data.
