§ 20-699.23 Penalties.

AC § 20-699.23

a. Any person who violates the provisions of section 20-699.21 shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 for the first violation and not more than $2,000 for each subsequent violation occurring within a two-year period. b. Any person who violates the provisions of section 20-699.22 shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than $500 for the first violation and not more than $1,000 for each subsequent violation occurring within a two-year period. c. In a proceeding alleging a violation of this subchapter, the department may seek an order imposing all applicable civil penalties authorized pursuant to this section and requiring restitution of any fees charged in violation of this subchapter.
