§ 20-574 Rules and regulations.

AC § 20-574

a. The commissioner shall have power to adopt and amend such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out his or her powers and duties pursuant to this chapter. b. Violations. Any person who shall violate any of such rules and regulations shall be guilty of an offense triable by a judge of the New York city criminal court, and punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars and not more than two hundred fifty dollars for each offense or by imprisonment not exceeding ten days, or by both.
