AC § 20-460

Unless otherwise specifically provided, notice and hearings upon denial of an application, the suspension or revocation of a license or the imposition of penalties provided in section 20-472 shall be in accordance with the provisions of chapter one of this title and the rules and regulations applicable thereto.
