AC § 20-230

a. When there are competing applications for a certain location, a preference in granting a license shall be shown as follows: 1. Disabled veterans; 2. Handicapped persons as defined by the department; 3. Veterans who are not disabled; 4. Persons over the age of sixty-two. b.
