§ 19-503 Rules and regulations.

AC § 19-503

a. The commission shall promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to exercise the authority conferred upon it by the charter and to implement the provisions of this chapter. b. No rule or regulation promulgated subsequent to the effective date of this local law may be inconsistent with or supersede any provision of this local law and any rule or regulation in effect on the effective date of this local law that is inconsistent with any provision of this local law shall be of no further force and effect.
