§ 19-154 Publication of street resurfacing information.

AC § 19-154

a. The commissioner shall make available online through the department's website information regarding the resurfacing and capital improvement of city blocks. Such information shall include but not be limited to: (i) what year city blocks were last resurfaced or received capital improvement; (ii) the current rating for city blocks pursuant to the department's street rating system as one of the following: good, fair, or poor. b. On or before January 31, 2013, the information required by subdivision a of this section shall be searchable by city block.
