§ 19-1201 Definitions.

AC § 19-1201

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: Benchmark. The term “benchmark” means a benchmark as set forth in subdivision c of section 19-199.1. Benchmark project. The term “benchmark project” has the same meaning as such term is defined in section 19-199.1. Department capital project. The term “department capital project” has the same meaning as such term is defined in section 19-199.1. Major transportation project. The term “major transportation project” has the same meaning as such term is defined in section 19-101.2. Non-benchmark project. The term “non-benchmark project” means a department capital project that is not a benchmark project. Project liaison. The term “project liaison” means a department email address or email address for the department of design and construction that a person may contact with questions about the status of a department capital project and to receive updates regarding such a project.
