§ 17-709 Enforcement.

AC § 17-709

The department of health and mental hygiene and the department of finance shall enforce the provisions of this subchapter. The department of consumer and worker protection shall enforce sections 17-703, 17-703.1, 17-704, 17-704.1, 17-705 and 17-706. In addition, designated enforcement employees of any authorizing agency shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this subchapter. (Am. L.L. 2017/145, 8/28/2017, eff. 6/1/2018; Am.
