§ 17-2107 Report.

AC § 17-2107

a. No later than March 1, 2023, and annually thereafter, the department shall submit a report to the mayor and the speaker of the council on the program established by this chapter. b. Such report shall include, but need not be limited to, the following information for the previous calendar year: 1. The total number of opioid antagonist trainings offered by the department to an employee of a nightlife establishment; and 2. The total number of opioid antagonist kits provided to an employee of a nightlife establishment, disaggregated by zip code. (L.L. 2022/092, 10/12/2022, eff. 2/9/2023)
