AC § 17-199.8

The department shall respond to complaints of unsafe work practices related to the correction of indoor mold hazard violations that result in chemical vapors, dust, or other environmental hazards, and promptly refer complaints of unsafe pest control to the New York state department of environmental conservation. (L.L. 2018/055, 1/19/2018, eff. 1/19/2019)
