§ 17-199.17 Information on midwives.

AC § 17-199.17

a. Definitions. For the purposes of this section, "midwife" means an individual who is licensed or certified to practice midwifery in New York state. b. The department shall make available information on the services offered by midwives and information on how to find a midwife on the department's website, in English and in each of the designated citywide languages as defined in section 23-1101.
