§ 17-199.12.1 Report of autism spectrum disorder services.

AC § 17-199.12.1

a. No later than April 1 of each year, the department shall submit to the mayor and the speaker of the city council and post on its website, the number of individuals receiving services for autism spectrum disorders from the department or programs administered by the department, disaggregated by zip code. b. Information required to be reported pursuant to this section shall be reported in a manner that does not violate any applicable provision of federal, state or local law relating to the privacy of information. Any category required to be reported that contains between 1 and 9 individuals, or allows another category to be narrowed to between 1 and 9 individuals, shall be reported with a symbol.
