§ 17-1701 Definitions.

AC § 17-1701

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: Animal abuse crime. The term “animal abuse crime” has the same meaning as set forth in section 17-1601. Animal shelter. The term “animal shelter” has the same meaning as set forth in section 17-802. Animal rescue group. The term “animal rescue group” has the same meaning as set forth in section 17-802. Pet shop.
