§ 16-520.1 Conduct of registrants.

AC § 16-520.1

Every registrant pursuant to this chapter shall be in compliance with all applicable state, federal and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining to the collection, removal, transportation or disposal of trade waste, the maintenance, inspection and operation of vehicles that collect, remove, transport or dispose of trade waste and, while engaged in any activity regulated by this chapter, the safety of the general public, including but not limited to traffic safety.
