The rate of affordable housing development in a community district is measured by the total number of new affordable dwelling units in a community district as a percentage of the total number of housing units located in such community district at the start of each five-year cycle pursuant to subdivision a of Section 197-f of the Charter. (Added City Record 4/20/2026, eff. 5/20/2026)
