AC § 11-245.46

Pursuant to paragraph (3) of subdivision one of section four hundred fifty-eight of the real property tax law, the city hereby provides that the exemption authorized pursuant to such section shall be applicable to taxes for school purposes. (L.L. 2017/253, 12/17/2017, eff. 1/1/2018)
