§ 139-233 Special height and setback regulations in Subdistrict A

ZR § 139-233

In Subdistrict A, the underlying district regulations shall be modified by the provisions of this Section.

Street wall location The street wall location requirements of paragraph (a) of Section 35-631 (Street wall location) shall apply to street frontages along wide streets, and the street wall location requirements of paragraph (b) of Section 35-631 shall apply along narrow street frontages.

Base heights and setback requirements For all buildings or other structures, the height and setback provisions of Section 35-632 (Maximum height of buildings and setback regulations) shall apply.
