§ 131-51 Amount of Required and Permitted Parking

Commercial parkingThe underlying regulations shall apply, except that: For Use Group A usesOne off-street parking space shall be provided for every 2,000 square feet of floor area or lot area for open uses, except that for a water park, two off-street parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of floor area shall be provided. For transient hotelsOne off-street parking space shall be provided for every six guest rooms or suites.
