§ 131-20 SIGN REGULATIONS

ZR § 131-20

In the Coney East Subdistrict, in lieu of the underlying C7 sign regulations, the sign regulations for a C6-7 District shall apply, except that: no advertising signs shall be permitted above a height of 40 feet; and the provisions of Sections 32-66 (Additional Regulations for Signs Near Certain Parks and Designated Arterial Highways), inclusive, and 32-67 (Special Provisions Applying Along District Boundaries) shall not apply.
