§ 107-40 SPECIAL USE, BULK AND PARKING REGULATIONS

ZR § 107-40

The underlying use, bulk and parking regulations shall apply. However, for zoning lots that are not qualifying residential sites, such provisions are modified by the provisions of this Section, inclusive.
