ZR § 101-742

Any permitted accessory off-street parking area, regardless of size or location, shall be screened from all adjoining zoning lots and streets by screening that complies with the provisions of Section 36-55 (Screening) and which, in the case of a wall or barrier or uniformly painted fence, is finished in an approved color as indicated in Appendix D of this Chapter.
