§ 98-422 Special rooftop regulations

ZR § 98-422

The provisions of Section 33-42 (Permitted Obstructions) shall apply to all buildings or other structures within the Special West Chelsea District, except that dormers may penetrate a maximum base height in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (b)(1) of Section 23-413 (Permitted obstructions in certain districts).

All mechanical equipment located within 15 feet of the level of the High Line bed that is within 25 feet of the High Line, measured horizontally, or within the High Line frontage, as applicable, shall be screened and buffered with no intake or exhaust fans or vents facing directly onto the High Line.
