§ 64-332 Height and setback regulations for cottage envelope buildings

ZR § 64-332

In the districts indicated, all cottage envelope buildings shall be subject to the height and setback provisions set forth in Section 23-421 (Basic pitched-roof envelopes for certain districts), except that, for the purposes of this Section, attic space providing structural headroom of less than eight feet shall not be considered a story.
