§ 36-14 Exceptions to Maximum Size of Accessory Group Parking Facilities

In all districts, as indicated, the Board of Standards and Appeals may permit accessory group parking facilities with more than 150 spaces, in accordance with the provisions of Section 73-46 (Exceptions to Maximum Size of Accessory Group Parking Facilities).

The provisions of this Section shall not apply to accessory off-street parking spaces provided in public parking garages in accordance with the provisions of Section 36-56 (Accessory Off- street Parking Spaces in Public Garages).
