§ 32-302 Exceptions

ZR § 32-302

The provisions of Section 32-30, inclusive, shall not apply to:

zoning lot frontages along the same street frontage as a ramp accessing a limited-access expressway, freeway, parkway or highway, all of which prohibit direct vehicular access to adjoining land, provided that: a portion of such zoning lot frontage is within 1,000 feet of such ramp, as measured along the street; and there are no entrances to a mass transit station, as defined in Section 66-11, within such 1,000-foot measurement; or

a portion of such zoning lot frontage is within 1,000 feet of such ramp, as measured along the street; and

there are no entrances to a mass transit station, as defined in Section 66-11, within such 1,000-foot measurement; or

zoning lots with a lot area greater than five acres and located entirely outside the special streetscape area.
