Use Group VII consists of uses that provide administrative and research workspaces for business, professional or governmental purposes. The provisions regulating uses classified in this Use Group, are set forth as follows:

Section 32-171 (Use Group VII – general use allowances) which includes the compilation of uses in the Use Group table;

Section 32-172 (Use Group VII – use permitted with limited applicability) for additional limitations on applicability for certain uses, as denoted with a “♦” in the Use Group table; and

Section 32-173 (Use Group VII – uses subject to additional conditions) for additional conditions that apply to certain uses, as denoted with a “P” in the Use Group table.
