Use Group VIII consists of uses that provide recreation and entertainment opportunities, as well as other places of assembly. In Residence Districts, such uses shall include:

outdoor day camps, where allowed by special permit of the Board of Standards and Appeals, in accordance with Section 73-184 (Outdoor day camps); and

riding academies or stables, where allowed by special permit of the Board of Standards and Appeals, in accordance with Section 73-185 (Riding Academies or Stables).
