§ 13-22 Applicability of Enclosure and Screening Requirements

ZR § 13-22

Accessory off-street parking facilities and automobile rental establishments All accessory off-street parking spaces shall be located within a completely enclosed building, with the exception of parking spaces accessory to a hospital listed under Use Group III(B), and as provided in Section 13-45 (Special Permits for Additional Parking Spaces). In addition, off-street parking spaces associated with an automobile rental establishment shall be located within a completely enclosed building. The applicable streetscape provisions of Section 32-30, inclusive, shall apply to ground floor level portions of such facilities.

Public parking lots and certain permitted accessory parking lotsPublic parking lots and open parking spaces accessory to a hospital shall provide screening in accordance with the provisions of 37-921 (Perimeter landscaping).
