§ 10-314 Prohibition on unfinished frames or receivers.

AC § 10-314

a. Restriction of possession. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, no person shall dispose of or possess an unfinished frame or receiver. b. Penalties. The violation of this section constitutes a class A misdemeanor for each prohibited item disposed of or possessed. (L.L. 2019/187, 10/26/2019, eff. 2/23/2020)
