§ 3012 Existing licenses and registrations not affected

VTL § 3012

Subject to the provisions of the vehicle and traffic law, hereby enacted, relative to revocation or suspension of operators' or chauffeurs' licenses or registration of motor vehicles and motorcycles, this chapter shall not affect nor impair any such license or registration heretofore granted or issued.
