§ 2269 Exemptions

VTL § 2269

1.Fire and police vehicles are exempt from the provisions of this article, except that the operator of such a vehicle shall be required to be licensed as provided in article nineteen of this chapter.

2.Any limited use vehicle registered pursuant to this article which would be exempt from the payment of registration fees if such vehicle were to be registered pursuant to title four of this chapter, shall be exempt from the payment of registration fees under this article.
