§ 2263 Revocation and suspension

VTL § 2263

In addition to revocation or suspension of a registration pursuant to any other provision of this chapter, all registrations issued to a registrant pursuant to this article may be revoked where the holder is convicted of a second or subsequent violation committed within a period of twelve months of subdivision three of section twenty-two hundred sixty-two of this chapter. Where a revocation is issued pursuant to this section, no new limited use vehicle registration shall be issued to such person for a period of one year from the date of such revocation.
