§ 2256 Suspension and revocation of registrations; offenses; penalties

VTL § 2256

1.The commissioner may suspend any registration pursuant to this article for violation of this article or a violation of the navigation law upon the recommendation of the commissioner of parks, recreation and historic preservation by the holder thereof. Such suspension or revocation shall be ordered only after a hearing, unless waived. However, the commissioner may temporarily suspend a registration pending a hearing.
