§ 360 Exceptions
VTL § 360
This article, except sections three hundred thirty-nine and three hundred fifty-nine, shall not apply to any motor vehicle for the operation of which security is required to be furnished under section three hundred seventy of this chapter, including those for which a certificate is issued pursuant to section three hundred seventy-one of this chapter except as may be provided in section three hundred seventy; to any motor vehicle operated under permit or a certificate of convenience and necessity issued pursuant to the public service law or pursuant to section fifty-a of such law; nor to any motor vehicle owned by the United States, the state or any political subdivision thereof.
