§ 320 Notice to other jurisdictions

VTL § 320

The commissioner shall transmit a certified copy of any record of any conviction under this article or of any action taken pursuant to this article resulting in revocation of a non-resident's privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this state or the privilege of the operation within this state of any motor vehicle owned by him to the motor vehicle commissioner or officer performing similar functions in the state in which such non-resident resides.
