PC § 606.9.1

The pressure tank system shall be designed by a registered design professional. An application for a permit and plans shall be filed with the department. The plans and application shall contain, but not be limited to: 1. Size and location of high pressure tanks; 2. The operating pressures and temperatures; and 3. The location, type and specifications of pressure relief valves.
