FC § 909.1.1.3

Operational testing of the smoke control system shall include all components of the system, including initiating devices, fans, dampers, controls, doors and windows. Dedicated smoke control systems shall be tested semiannually. Nondedicated smoke control systems shall be tested annually. All systems shall be tested under both normal power and emergency power.
