FC § 909.1.1.2

A logbook or other approved form of recordkeeping documenting each inspection and test shall include the date of the maintenance, identification of servicing personnel, description of any operating defects or deficiencies, notifications made, corrective action taken, including parts replaced, and/or other information prescribed by the department by rule.
