A visual inspection shall be completed monthly by the certificate of fitness holder in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 25. Periodic testing and other maintenance, as required by NFPA 25, shall be conducted by a certificate of fitness holder possessing the requisite qualifications. All defects or violations shall be noted on the inspection report.
