FC § 6204.1.5

An approved supervised smoke detection system in accordance with the construction codes, including the Building Code, shall be provided in rooms or areas where Class I, II or III organic peroxides are stored. Activation of the smoke detection system shall sound a local alarm. Exception: A smoke detection system shall not be required in detached storage buildings equipped throughout with a fire extinguishing system.
