6107.2 Smoking and other sources of ignition.

FC § 6107.2

"No Smoking" signs complying with the requirements of FC 310 shall be posted when required by the commissioner. Smoking is prohibited in accordance with FC Chapter 3. Control of other sources of ignition shall comply with the requirements of FC Chapter 3 and NFPA 58.
