PC § 1301.4

Permits shall be required for the construction, installation, and alteration of nonpotable water systems, and shall be required by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for review, commissioning and operation of nonpotable water systems. Exception: Work outlined in Article 105.4 of Chapter 1 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code.
